*D* Defect code memory: 4 Passenger's door lock signal:

Explanation: This defect code is stored when illogical lock signals are detected by the control unit at the passenger's door lock during arming/disarming.

Possible cause: Passenger's door microswitch defective; wire from microswitch to control unit defective.

Troubleshooting: Check passenger's door microswitch and repair if necessary. If defect not rectified, check wire from microswitch to control unit and repair if necessary: From microswitch of passenger's door to control unit 26-pin connector black Pin 12 and 13.
