EML defect code (throttle valve reduction, increase, preset value):

Other indicators:

- If a detect occurs temporarily outside the control, the system is switched off immediately and "ASC defect" appears in the instrument cluster display, PALA goes out.

Test:

- Refer to test 10.1
- Check connectors, wires and connections that they are firmly fitted (no loose contacts).
- Clear defect code, observe "ASC defect" display during test drive.
- Read out defect code memory once again.
