Turbine Speed Sensor

Gearshift Unit Components:

TURBINE SPEED SENSOR
When the defect code "gear monitoring" or "fixed brake speed" is stored, it may be possible that the turbine speed sensor is defective. Measure resistance of the sensor with universal adapter and, if necessary, transmission adapter with the control unit disconnected and ignition switched "Off".





If values deviate, check wire as well as plug-and-socket connection from control unit to [1][2]speed sensor and repair if necessary. If OK.: Repair or replace speed sensor.
