Heater Core: Service and Repair

REPLACING HEAT GORE

- Drain coolant.

- Remove center console. Service and Repair





- Unscrew Screws.

Note! Shown without instrument panel for better understanding.





- Unscrew screws and lift out right holder.





- Lift out front ventilation drive motor.

- Pull off plug on inside temperature sensor.





- Unscrew screws, loosen wire straps and clips, and take off cover.

Installation:
Check for correct fit of cover.





- Unscrew screws.

- Lift out heater pipes.

Installation:
Replace O-rings.





- Lift out heater core from right side.
