Explanation:
This defect code is stored when there is a short to ground, to positive, or a break at connector black Pin 3.

Effect of defect:
If the defect is a current defect, a substitute value of 24°C (75°F) is used.

Possible cause:
Voltage supply not OK, wire or interior temperature defective.

Troubleshooting:
Check voltage supply (approximately 5V with temperature sensor disconnected) as well as wires and repair or renew component as required.
