V-8 E31 vehicles, introduced for the 1994 model year; use a compressor control system like the one introduced on the 1991 E34 525i (M50) and later used on the 1993 740i/iL Refer to "IHKA E32 Compressor Control, 740i/iL".


NOTE: As of 8/92, the refrigerant system on V-8 E31 vehicles was filled with R-134a.
