Lower Timing Case Cover

Lower Timing Case Cover Bolts.:

- Unscrew bolts.
- Lift off timing case cover.

NOTE: Timing case cover could also be removed without removing the water pump.

Timing Cover Gasket And Alignment Dowel.:

Installation:
- Replace gaskets.
- Check dowel sleeves.

Redial Oil Seal Replacement.:

Installation:
- Press in new radial oil seal flush with thrust ring of Special Tool 11 1 270 in conjunction with the central bolt and washer, with the timing case cover mounted.
