Timing Chain and Guides

Unscrew lower guide.







Lift out chain.







Remove chain guide.







Installation:
Align and bolt chain guide only after installation of the cylinder head and complete chain system.







If applicable, remove tensioning rail.







Pull sprocket off the crankshaft. Lift out woodruff key.







If applicable, remove reversing roller.







NOTE: Reversing roller may be replaced only complete with the bearing.
