Adjusting DIP Switches

When this alarm is installed in a 3 Series Convertible or a Z3 Roadster, the alarm's sensitivity to noise is increased as a result of less insulation from external noise (due to the fabric top). The Glass Breakage Sensitivity Switches can be reset to "low" or "super low" (depending on the severity of noisy environmental factors) if false alarms are experienced in a specific environment in a particular vehicle.

Sensitivity can be set to one of four levels as follows:
