AC Belt Replacement


NOTE: If the drive belt is to be reused, mark direction of travel and reinstall drive belt in same direction of rotation.


- Remove underbody protection.





- Unfasten screw (1) and remove drive belt from compressor.

Installation
- Check drive belt for coolant and oil residue and replace if necessary.


CAUTION: It is essential to replace drive belt if it comes into contact with hydraulic fluid.





- Unfasten screw (1) until tensioning roller rotates without friction.
- Press the tensioning roller on cap hex (2) with torque.
- Press against drive belt, brace and tighten down screw (1).
