Combination Switch: Service and Repair

Before commencing any work, disable airbag.

Service Precautions

1. Remove steering wheel.
2. Remove lefthand lower instrument panel, then the lower steering column trim.
3. Remove screw retaining switch and frame assembly to column.
4. Pry switch and frame assembly down and off steering column.
5. Press in tabs holding switch to frame assembly and remove switch.
6. Disconnect switch electrical connectors.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
