General







The interior has been completely redesigned with added emphasis on ergonomics and aesthetics. The most noticeable changes are:

- Handbrake lever has been replaced with park brake pedal at left side of driver's footwell.
- Shifter knob style of the E31
- Center console redesign.
- New style driver/passenger armrest incorporated into the center console. The armrest can be easily converted to house the BMW cellular telephone. The position of phone makes it accessible to rear seat passengers as well.
