Replacing back-rest cover for left or right rear seat (normal/electric)


Remove rear-seat back-rest,








Unfasten nut and pull panel backwards to remove.







Disconnect bottom of cover and expose cable.







Cut through clips (1).

Installation:
Lock new retainers by bending with special tool 52 0 050.
Remove cover from claw-type clamping clips (2) and remove together with support (foam rubber).







Installation:
Secure cover to seatbelt aperture.







Cut through all clips.
Remove all remnants of clips from cover and support.







Installation:
Lock new retainers by bending with special tool 52 0 050.

Installation:
Only on leather version:
Secure ends of cover at sides (trim wires) with a clip.

NOTE:

Remove all trim wires from cover.
Cut new cover and insert the trim wires.
