IGNITION/THROTTLE CONTROL







With the ASC+T5 system, the throttle control function (ADS) is incorporated into the ASC control module. Air volume control is still carried out with the ADS actuator and bowden cable to an auxiliary throttle valve.

Ignition control remains unchanged with the links between the DME and ASC providing the timing adjustment requests for ASC/MSR activation.
