Removing and Installing / Replacing Expansion Valve (Automatic Air Conditioner)

Remove complete heater
Refer to Front Heater Core Replacement, Service and Repair Heater Core




Pull back sleeve.




Unfasten screw and fold up bracket




Unfasten screw and pull back pipes.

Installation:
Replace O-rings.




Unfasten screws and remove expansion valve.

Installation:
Replace O-rings.
