Airbag Control Unit (Central), Replacement

Important!
Disconnect negative battery lead.





Press fresh-air grill and finisher strip or heater control apart somewhat, unclip finisher strip or heater control at top and remove.

Push fresh-air grill approx. 30 to 40 mm downward and remove.

Installation note:
Guide in fresh-air grill centered and press completely upward. Then install finisher strip or heater control.





Pull connector off finisher strip or heater control and lay aside.





Release nuts and lift out control unit.

Installation:
Before installing control unit, make sure the ground lead is fitted on stud bolt (1).





Unlock connector and remove.
Lift out central unit.
