Removing Injector Valves

REPLACING ALL INJECTOR VALVES
- Switch off ignition.




- Unfasten engine wiring harness on engine, lift upwards and secure to the hood.




- Open bracket (1). Unfasten hose clips. Remove hoses.

CAUTION: Catch escaping fuel in suitable container.

Installation Note: Always replace hose clips and fuel hoses!




- Unfasten hose clips and remove hoses.

CAUTION: Catch escaping fuel in suitable container.

Installation Note:
- Always replace hose clips and fuel hoses
1 Bright-colored line = fuel delivery line
2 Dark line = fuel return line




- Unfasten screws and remove complete injector strip with injector valves.




- Unclip and remove circlip.
- Remove injector valves.

Installation Note:
- Check seals on injector valves and replace if necessary.
- Before installing injector valves, coat seals with acid-free grease.
- Check injector valves for leaks and clean.
