Engine Valve Seat Machining M44 B19





Using the Neway Valve Seat tool set, machine the valve seats in the cylinder head following the manufacturers instructions.

The valve seat angles in the cylinder head are as follows:

1. Valve seat angle 45°

2. Correction angle outside 15

3. Correction angle inside 60

4. Outside diameter of seat face:
Intake valve seat 32.4 mm
Exhaust valve seat 30.1 mm

5. Valve seat width:
Intake and exhaust 1.65 +/- 0.25 mm
