General Information:
Revised schematics have been developed for the 1996 Model Year 3 Series (318is/iC, 320i, 325i/iC, 328i/iC, M3) vehicles produced from 9/95.

One copy of this manual will be sent to you under the Automatic Tool Shipment Program. Additional copies may be ordered through your Parts Distribution Center using P/N 01 00 1 469 703.

Remove the contents, as well as the spine and cover inserts from the 1996 Preliminary edition E36 ETM (P/N 01 00 1 469 400). Also remove the 1996 Supplement # 1 (P/N 01 00 1 469 493) and Supplement # 2 (P/N 01 00 1 469 753).

Replace all removed components with P/N 01 00 1 469 703.
