Cylinder Head Cover:

Lubrication for the camshaft lobes and rockers is provided by an oil supply pipe mounted in the cover.

Crankcase breathing takes place using the regulated type breather introduced on the M6O engine. The amount of blow-by gasses that are allowed to pass into the manifold are regulated by the amount of vacuum and gas pressure acting on the valve diaphragm.
