Idle Speed Control

Idle Speed Control:

The M44 engine features a combined throttle valve and idle control valve. This compact arrangement eliminates hoses and connections which enhances reliability. The integral idle control valve function is identical to the current dual winding rotary valves. The position of the throttle plate is monitored by a TPS potentiometer.
