Tensioner Mounting Bolts:

The M52 belt drive system is similar to the M5OTU engine. A spring loaded roller maintains belt tension through the service life of the main accessory poly V belt.

Belt replacement requires rotating the tensioner roller on the axis of the tensioner spring base to produce slack on the belt. Two holes align in the tensioner base to lock the belt tensioner in place. When the new belt is in place remove pin to allow belt to be tensioned.
