Main Relay (Computer/Fuel System): Service and Repair

- Switch off ignition.




- Fold open locking bracket (1).
- Remove rubber gasket (2).




- Remove retaining clip (3).
- Pull filter housing (4) upwards to remove.




- Unscrew bolts (1).

Tightening Torque = 4.4 Nm.

Notes on Troubleshooting:
- If the starter motor turns over when engine is being started, but if engine fails to fire, check the engine fuses and, if necessary, replace them all together with the fuse bracket.
- Search for cause of melting of fuses.
