Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

Components:
Maintain the highest possible standards of cleanliness around the air line connections when dismantling and assembling components. Even small dirt particles can cause leakage in the system.

Air spring strut/air spring:
If a vehicle is driven with depressurized air spring strut or depressurized pneumatic spring, the air spring strut or pneumatic spring must always be replaced.

Test:
Lift vehicle. If the rubber bellows can be compressed by hand, the air spring strut or air suspension is depressurized and must be replaced.
