Dismantling and Reassembling

(cylinder head removed)





Screw special tool 11 0 213 to special tool 11 1 065.





Secure 11 1 065 to special tool 00 1 490.
Prepare special tools for cylinder-head disassembly:
- Special tool 11 1 071
- Special tool 11 1 067
- Special tool 11 0 192





- Special tool 11 1 045
- Special tool 11 0 345
- Special tool 11 0 342
- Special tool 11 0 343
- special tool 11 0 211
Assemble special tool.





Note: At this point, do not install special tool 11 0 211 (support board) in special tool 11 1 065.

Caution: Do Not damage cylinder head sealing surfaces, if necessary cover tool 11 0 065 with plastic sheeting.





Fit cylinder head on special tool 11 1 065 and secure with two cylinder head screws.
Remove cam shafts.
remove valve springs.
Remove valve seals.
Remove all valves.
