Suspension Spring ( Coil / Leaf ): Service and Repair

Removing and installing or replacing coil spring for left or right front spring strut
This operation is identical to replacing spring strut shock absorber, refer to Strut.





Caution! Only use pairs of springs with the same BMW number (1) (located on end of spring) on one axle.

Allocate springs to vehicle and, where applicable, special equipment, e.g. air conditioner, sports ... and date of introduction.
