83 PIN BREAKOUT BOX







The ASC+T5 control module multiplug contains a new bridging contact that requires a new break out box. When the multiplug is disconnected, the bridge in the harness causes the ABS and ASC+T warning lamps to remain illuminated, signalling a slip control problem.

The 83 break out box will be sent via the automatic tool shipment. P/N 61 4 420.


WARNING: Attempting to use the 88 pin break out box on the ASC+T system will cause damage to the connector and/or break out box.


This will occur when the non mating multiplug of the ASC+T control module is forced into the 88 pin break out box multiplug.
