Independent ventilation

The independent ventilation function can be activated in ignition lock position OFF or in ignition lock position terminal R by means of the multi-information display (MID). Various settings are possible dependent on the ignition lock position.

Statuses at ignition lock terminal R:

Operating unit is active

Temperature control not active (water valves closed)

Flap program is adjustable

Blower is adjustable

Function lights ON

Button block not active

Statuses at ignition OFF:

Operating unit not active

Temperature control OFF (water valves closed)

Fresh air flap position 100%

Recirculated air flap position 0%

Mixing air flap position 0%

Defrost flap position 0%

Ventilation flap position 100%

Footwell/rear area flap position 0%

Rear area ventilation flap position 0%

Function lights OFF
