Power Trunk / Liftgate Lock Switch: Service and Repair

51 24 145 Removing And Installing/replacing Button For Trunk Lid Actuation

Remove lower trim power from trunk lid.







Pull out connector attachment (1) for line in cable bracket (2).







Lift out top button (1) and pull upwards (2) to remove.







Installation: Insert lines through right bore.







Pull off clip (1) and remove micro-switch (2). Pull off seal (3).

Installation: Perform function check with trunk lid open.
