VEHICLE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS




The electrical system of the M5 is similar to the E39 high version. It includes the following systems:
- Central Body Electronics (ZKE III).
- IHKA.
- MRS III.
- Rain Sensor System (AIC).
- Driver Information systems - IKE - LCM - MFL II - MID/NAV - PDC II - DSP.
- DSC III.
- EWS III.

A new tire pressure warning system (RDW) is being introduced with the M5.
