Removing And Installing/Replacing Amplifier (HIFI System)

If necessary, remove video module.







If necessary, remove bracket for video module. To do this, unfasten screws (1) and remove bracket.







If necessary, remove bracket for navigation computer. To do this, unfasten screws (1) and remove bracket.







Disconnect connector, unfasten screws and remove amplifier.







NOTE: This operation requires MoDic or DIS, factory test equipment.


NOTE: Cars from 3/98:


The amplifier must be recoded after being replaced, refer to Diagnosis and Information System (DIS).
