The use of the smaller differential is possible due to the installation of the load limiter in the clutch circuit. The limiter reduces the peak torque applied to the drive train through a restrictor. The restrictor is installed between the clutch master and slave cylinders. It provides a short delay in clutch engagement, however the effect is not noticed by the driver.
