Components
There are two new components required for the DSC II control system:







Steering Angle Sensor - The steering angle sensor is combined in the housing of the steering angle sensor used for the EDC system.







DSC Control Processor - The DSC controller is integrated into the ABS/ASC+T5 processor. As with the ABS/ASC system there is a dual processor arrangement for redundancy checking and safety purposes.

DSC regulation uses the same output controls as ASC+T:
- Throttle regulation through the EML system.
- Engine regulation through the DME systems.
- Braking regulation through the ABS hydraulic unit.
