Adjusting Front Axle (With KDS)

Adjusting front axle (with KDS)





Adjust toe and toe-difference angle.
Set steering gear to straight-ahead position (marking on case and steering shaft must be aligned).





Loosen lock nut on track rod.
Adjusting toe-in of wheel by turning track rod to nominal value, refer to Specifications.

Installation note:
Ensure that ball joint is not twisted.
Tightening torque, refer to Specifications.
