Vehicle-Battery High-Current Test

Use Bosch Tester 12 200E.







Load is established with a high current of approx. 200 A and with electronic evaluation of the voltage curve during and after load.

This test is currently the most dependable method of evaluating the charged condition and physical battery condition (such as cell earth, sulphatation).







Connect battery tester and adjust cold testing current/rated capacity according to battery specifications.
Start test as described in Operating Instructions.







When inspecting the battery, only use scales B and C.
