Heater Core: Service and Repair

Replacing Heater Core (with air conditioning)





- Unfasten clips and remove hoses.

- Carefully blow air into the intake line to remove remaining coolant from the heater core.

- Remove trim for lower left instrument panel.

- If necessary, remove knee protectors.





- Press clip together and pull lines apart.





- Unfasten screw and unclip footwell air outlet from side.





- Unfasten screws and pull heater core sideways to remove.
