Removing And Installing/Replacing Fuel Pump

Suck the fuel out of the fuel tank. Service and Repair

Remove right sensor for fuel level indicator. Service and Repair







Unfasten plug connection (1) on the fuel pump.
Unfasten cable clip (2).
Unfasten hose clip (3) on fill level sensor, carefully remove spiral hose and avoid damaging the connection neck.

Installation:
Locate cable tie (2) on the white position marks, tighten down and cut to length as required.







Installation:
Align spiral hose (spare part black with white position marks) and cable (2) between fuel level sensor (1) and fuel pump (3) before installation to prevent torsional stresses.
White position marks on the spiral hose for location of cable ties and assembly position on fuel level sensor.
