Coding Code Procedure

1. With Coding Code V1.0 software loaded, connect the MoDiC to 20 diagnostic connector. Turn on the ignition switch.
2. Select "Coding Code" from the selection menu of the MoDiC. Press the enter button.

3. Select "1 Replacement part" and press the enter button.

4. Select the control module from the control module overview menu.

5. Confirm your selection by pressing the Y button.

6. Turn off the ignition switch and remove the old control module. Install the new replacement control module and turn the ignition switch back on. Press the right arrow button.

7. Enter the code number from the label. The label will display a single digit number while the MoDiC will have space for two digits. Enter a 0 in the first position and the number from the label in the second position. Press the enter button to continue.

8. The MoDiC will display the entered code number. If an incorrect number has been entered, change the number with the arrow button. Press the enter button to start coding.

9. The MoDiC will display the message, "Coding Complete" when done.

Ordering Pre Coded Control Modules
Pre-coded control modules are available from the parts department. The following information is required for ordering:
1. Part number "Basic Control Module" or "Uncoded control Module"
2. The chassis number of the vehicle for which it was ordered.
3. The "Code Number"
