51 16 240 Removing And Installing/Replacing Rear Storage Box

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove panel for rear storage box.
- Remove trim for rear speaker.







Release screws (1) on side trim (2).







Release screws (1).
Lever out cover caps (2) and release screws underneath.
3 Storage box

Lever out side trims (4) and pull out storage box (3).







Installation:
Lay emergency release cable (1) correctly in guide (2) of storage box (3).







Feed out emergency release cable (2) and remove storage box (1).

Installation:
Lay emergency release cable (2) correctly in guides (3) of storage box (1).







Installation:
Lay emergency release cable (2) correctly in bore (1) and panel (3) for luggage compartment partition.
