Removing And Installing Radiator (M54)

Warning!
Danger of scalding!
Only perform this work after engine has cooled down.

Note: Follow instructions for working on cooling system.

Necessary preliminary tasks:
^ Remove radiator cover.
^ Remove fan cowl.
^ Drain off and top up coolant.
^ If fitted:
Remove heat exchanger for automatic transmission fluid.
^ Remove coolant expansion tank.
^ Unlock coolant hoses and detach.





Lift radiator out of mountings.
