Removing and Installing/Replacing Backrest Frame on Left or Right Rear Seat

52 25 041 - Removing and installing/replacing backrest frame on left or right rear seat





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove rear seat Removing and Installing/Replacing Left or Right Rear Seat.
- Remove rear panel Removing and Installing/Replacing Rear Panel on Rear Seat Backrest on rear seat backrest.
- Remove rear head restraint mounting Removing and Installing/Replacing Left or Right Rear Head Restraint Mount.
- Remove four-bar lever Removing and Installing/Replacing Four-Bar Lever on Left or Right Rear Seat Backrest on rear seat backrest.
- Remove backrest cover Replacing Backrest Cover for Left or Right Rear Seat for rear seat.





Disconnect plug connections at marked points.
Unclip plug (2).
Release all cable ties and remove wiring harness (1).
Release screws (3) and remove backrest frame.

Installation:
Tightening torque, 52 25 3AZ 52 25 Rear Seat (Normal), Electric.





Note:
The new backrest frame part contains all the drives.
