SUBJECT
Poor Windshield Washer Spray Pattern

MODEL
E65/E66 7 Series

SITUATION
Some owners of E65/E66 cars produced prior to 8/02 may complain of the right windshield washer spray missing the windshield, or of a poor spray pattern, especially in severe conditions.

CORRECTION
The washer spray pattern was modified by the installation of improved washer nozzles in 7/02. In case of a customer complaint, the improved washer nozzles can be installed on cars produced prior to 8/02.
