Removal and Replacement

24 50 010 - Replacing emergency actuator





Remove automatic transmission Removing and Installing Automatic Transmission (6HP26Z/6HP32Z).
Remove trim panel for pedal assembly 51 45 185 Removing and Installing/Replacing Panel For Pedals.





Release screws.
Place light module (1) to one side.





Remove accelerator pedal module Service and Repair.
Remove pedal bracket Service and Repair.
Remove left front seat Removing and installing Left or Right Front Seat (Normal/Electric).
Remove front left entrance strip.
Remove panel from A-pillar at bottom left.
Remove panel from center console at bottom left.
Remove speaker frame in footwell carpet at front left.
Pull back footwell carpet on left under instrument panel.





Release screws (1) of emergency actuator (2).





Unclip cable (1) and pull out.

Installation:
Insert sealing ring (2) in transmission tunnel.
