Removing and Installing or Replacing Left or Right Swinging Arm

Caution: After assembly, perform rear wheel alignment check/adjustment.

Remove wheel.

Unclip cable from ABS impulse sensor.





Use peening tool to mark position of eccentric screw relative to swinging arm.

This simplifies the subsequent task of adjusting toe when the old swinging arm is reinstalled.





Unfasten disc collar nut.
Unscrew and remove eccentric screw.





Unscrew nuts.
