Removing And Installing Heater Blower

Special tools required:
- 51 3 057

Remove heater bulkhead.

M47 only:
Remove air cleaner element.







M52TU only:
Remove both protective hoods.







Partially detach rubber seal.







Release screws and lever out cover for impeller.







Release screws and lever out cover for blower.







Disconnect plug.
Release retainer with special tool 51 3 057 and lever out blower.







Installation Note: Bridge (1) must snap into place in window (2) of blower motor.







Lever out blower motor with impeller towards front. In so doing, raise motor a little at rear.
