Eyebrow Lights Are Inoperative After Programming

MODEL
E60 (5 Series)

SITUATION

After programming with CIP 17.00 or 17.01, the eyebrow lights do not illuminate on vehicles equipped with halogen lights.





^ Eyebrow lights at the top of the front headlights are inoperative.

CAUSE

Coding data in the Lamp Module (LM).

PROCEDURE

Code the complete vehicle per SI B09 05 01 (Coding, Individualization, Programming), Procedure E, using CIP 18.00.01 (Target Data Status E060-05-06-510) or higher.
