SUBJECT
Lights Flash Briefly When Vehicle Wakes Up; Battery May Become Discharged

SITUATION
If the vehicle goes to sleep with the key left in the ignition, when the car wakes up (for example, by opening the trunk lid), the parking lights and front halo lights may flash briefly. If the car is woken up by opening the rear door and then the rear door is closed without turning on the ignition, the car does not go back into sleep mode correctly and the battery may become discharged.

CAUSE
Normal operation

PROCEDURE
Program and code the vehicle using CIP 16.1 or higher. Refer to SI B09 05 01 (Coding, Programming and Individualization) Procedure B.
