E65/E66 - Radio band switches to FM when requesting an AM frequency via SVS

Complaint
When using the SVS (Voice Recognition System) on the AM band and requesting an AM frequency, the radio band switches to FM band.

This occurs since updating the vehicle with CIP9.3 or a more current version.

Cause
Data conflict between the updated Control Display and the SVS.

Measure
On a customer complaint basis only, replace the SVS.

Install a SVS with P/N 84 10 6 941 973.
