Creaking Noise from Windshield or Dash Area

SITUATION
The customer may complain of a creaking noise coming from the windshield or dash area.
CAUSE
Upper windshield seal rubbing against the roof panel of the vehicle.
CORRECTION
Apply silicone spray between the upper windshield seal and the roof panel.
PROCEDURE
Separate the upper windshield seal (1) from the roof panel using a plastic wedge tool (2) and apply silicone spray (3) along the entire backside of the upper windshield seal (1).
