Air Cleaner Housing: Service and Repair

Removing And Installing Intake Filter Housing (N62)

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Switch off ignition
- Remove intake hood.
- Unlock inlet pipe on intake filter housing and remove







Release retainers (1 and 2).
Remove upper section of intake filter housing (3).

Installation:







Check sealing ring (1) in upper section of intake filter housing (2) for damage; replace if necessary.







Release screw, remove intake filter housing (1).
